Just email us and in the subject line put “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your order number in the contents of the message. A customer service representative will respond with all the necessary steps to proceed with your order. We highly recommend to purchase tracking information for all returning packages and to forward any information to customer service. We do not issues refunds for worn or damaged extensions.
